Hello, I'm Mehmethan,
I actually started my career as soon as I started university. I joined the Hilton Family in 2009. I was both a student and working and organizing parties and organizations within the university. While I had a very social university life, I also established long and solid relationships with the Hilton Family.
My sales career started in 2013 with my internship. With the sales trainings and certificates I received at Hilton, I improved myself more and got promoted in another city and transferred to the Hilton Family.
After Malatya, I transferred to Ankara Hilton Hotel, where I met Field Sales. As I was responsible for embassies, I learned how to meet different cultures and develop relationships with them.
In order to improve myself more on sales, I turned to different channels, first of all, I started working at Booking.com. Here, I saw that I could improve my account management skills and adapt to a different sector easily.
I started working on the software industry that I was always curious about. I integrated my sales, account management and problem solving skills that I have learned so far with my software curiosity and got a job in this sector.
I always describe myself as a salesperson and relationship builder rather than an industry. In my career so far, I have seen that I can establish relationships in many areas by selling in big brands, selling discounts through Booking.com and selling software in developing companies.
I am still doing my best to advance my sales career and I continue to improve myself.
